The products from Elviora Labs are available exclusively online at elvioralabs.com. This way, you always get fresh, high‑quality goods directly from the manufacturer.
What does the 90‑day trial period mean?
You can test Elviora Labs products for 90 days without obligation. Not satisfied? Simply contact us at: help@elvioralabs.com
Conditions of the 90‑day trial period (voluntary additional service):
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused and undamaged.
- For hygienic reasons, returns of opened/used/“worn” products are excluded, provided these are sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal was removed after delivery.
Note: Your legal 90‑day right of withdrawal for online purchases remains unaffected. Any return costs are based on our cancellation policy.

After 24 hours, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible because your order may already be processed or shipped. Your legal right of withdrawal upon receipt remains unaffected.

How long does shipping take?
We ship out 24-48 hours from when you place your order. And your order will be delivered in 7-14 business days! All orders come with a tracking number, insurance and loss protection.
I entered an incorrect delivery address – what now?
